#LunchNoms: Almond meal crusted chicken nuggets with steamed broccoli! Prepare the crust mixture using 1/8 cup almond meal, 1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & pepper to taste. Cut chicken breast into two inch thick pieces. First coat the chicken pieces in egg whites and then cover in the almond meal mixture.
