This one works! I s'pose you could bake it, but I wanted to try pan-cooking for texture. 😁 1/4 cup quick oats 1 tbs coconut flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tbs agave nectar 1 egg 1 scoop chocolate whey powder Stevia sweetened chocolate chips Dash of salt Mix it up (add a splash of milk for consistency) and cook in a non stick pan sprayed with coconut oil.
