I'm back, and in the kitchen! I've been obsessed with creating a pan-cookie recipe. I've been killing it in the gym lately and needed a carb boost today so I took a stab at a new concoction. This one works! I s'pose you could bake it, but I wanted to try pan-cooking for texture. 😁 1/4 cup quick oats 1 tbs coconut flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tbs agave nectar 1 egg 1 scoop chocolate whey powder Stevia sweetened chocolate chips Dash of salt Mix it up (add a splash of milk for consistency) and cook in a non stick pan sprayed with coconut oil. Cook on low. 330 calories – 45% carbs if you speak the language. #ItsNotaPancake #fitfam #fitspo #fitness #diet #protein
